    We can provide advice on making healthier food choices. Many of our clients have lost weight by adopting better eating habits.

  • Is Iron Crush Fitness for beginners?

    We are beginner-friendly; the majority of our members never set foot in a gym before they joined.

  • Am I too old? Is this program for young people?

    We believe fitness is for everyone. Most of our members are over 35, and we have a lot of experience with this age group. We have spent our careers working with and around our members' physical ailments to keep them safe.

  • Are these long, grueling workouts?

    Our workouts are 40 minutes long—just enough to give you the exercise you need without leaving you exhausted. We take care of everything from the warm-up to the last exercise.

  • Is this just another fitness franchise?

    We are a small, independently owned gym. We thrive on having a small staff. We see you, and you see us frequently, so we get to know you really well.

  • Is this gym full of wannabe influencers?

    The majority of our members are over 35. We don’t have 20-year-olds working out in their underwear filling the gym. Just normal adults trying to get and stay fit and healthy.

  • Do I have to wait for equipment like at big health clubs?

    There’s no waiting for equipment like at the big health clubs. We control the workout and keep everyone moving and on task.

  • Can this program help me lose weight?

    Do you need to lose weight? We have many members who have lost 10, 20, 30, and even 100 lbs.

  • Is this a gym for scary meatheads?

    Our name may sound intimidating, but we are anything but. We are friendly, happy, and welcoming. Our members and I have simply been too attached to it to change. We are friendly people who enjoy each other's company while working out together.

  • I’ve been to other gyms, and they were all dirty. Is this gym clean?

    New members constantly remark how shocked they are by how clean everything is. Our members laugh and say I have OCD, but nothing pleases me more than a spotless, sanitized gym.
