This is the most common excuse we hear not to work out. We can help find you 40 minutes a day, x2 a week.  No excuses.

1. Netflix can wait.  Do you watch more than 2 episodes of a certain show a week? Substitute x2 Iron Crush sessions. Done.

2.  Ask for help.  Can your significant other or a friend do the morning drop off x2 per week?  Substitute x2 Iron Crush sessions. Done.

3. We start early.  Waking up just one hour earlier to squeeze in a 6AM 40 minute workout can make a huge impact on your energy for the day.  Substitute x2 or more Iron Crush sessions. Done.
